During our stay, the staff went above and beyond, especially being Christmas week! The pet-friendly policy with a well-lit dog area made us feel welcome. A minor cleanliness issue was quickly addressed. Enjoyed nearby fast food options for quick meals. Highly recommend for families traveling with pets!

I really loved how close this hotel is to Sherando Park, perfect for a relaxing afternoon walk, and just a short drive to Dinosaur Land, which made my stay even more enjoyable as I explored the nearby attractions while soaking in the lovely sights.

Good location near gas stations, but WiFi was unreliable and A/C barely worked.

While the rooms had an overall layout that suited us, I couldn't shake the damp feeling of the fabrics. perhaps it's the Virginia humidity. Lastly, the breakfast spread left much to be desired. Options were extremely limited and the coffee was lukewarm at best.
